The Happy Mind - Mindfulness to Boost Your Mood (1 Hour)
Do you ever feel a little 'meh'? Perhaps nothing is really wrong - yet you still don't feel good?
Feeling low or unmotivated is something we all experience from time to time - in fact its perfectly normal! Fortunately, there are many changes you can make to boost your mood and feel a little brighter.
In this session, we will explore how the practice of mindfulness can cultivate daily happiness and help you overcome those periods of feeling a little down. Discover a series of simple exercises that will help you refocus your outlook on life, feel motivated and increase your ability to find happiness from within as well as a sense of fulfilment as you go about your day.
Beyond Your Feelings - Mindfulness for Emotional Agility & Resilience (1.5 Hours)
What do you do with your emotions?Do you push them away? Ignore them? Drown in them? Store them? Eat Them?
FACT: It's ok to FEEL your emotions! To sit with your emotions and let them pass.
Emotional Agility is the ability to identify, understand and manage your emotions - enabling you to move through forward through life in a calm and focused way rather than being overwhelmed by your changing emotional state.
In this session you will learn how the practice of Mindfulness can help you develop an awareness and understanding of emotional patterns and how they effect thoughts and behaviours. You will learn how to cope with strong emotions like fear, anger and sadness when they arise.

Calm The Mind - Daily Mindfulness to Calm a Busy Mind (1 Hour)
Do you replay conversations in your head hours later wondering if you said the wrong thing? Do you find yourself getting stuck on making even the smallest of decisions during your day? Are you constantly wondering if you forgot to do something, like lock your door or turn off the stove? Do you stay awake at night thinking about your day, or about everything you have to do tomorrow?
If you answered YES to any of the above questions you may be in the habit of - OVERTHINKING!
Overthinking is the byproduct of living in a busy and stressful world where our minds are overwhelmed by distractions and overloaded with information.
Research finds that overthinking can lead to emotional distress and increase your risk of risk of mental-health issues including depression and anxiety.
In this session you will learn daily mindfulness practices to help you calm a busy mind by training your focus and attention. You will discover simple techniques to interrupt patterns of rumination and worry, enabling you to free up more space in your mind to be more productive and enjoying life.
