Corporate Mindfulness Training

Employees in the UK are struggling with a workplace stress epidemic, with 64% suffering with poor or below average mental wellbeing according to a 2018 study.

While every organisation is faced with a unique set of challenges, we believe that offering employees stress management practices and methods of developing mental resilience is key to making the workplace more productive and effective.

Our 5 week corporate mindfulness training is a highly engaging, interactive and transformative experience. 

The central objective of this training programme is to introduce participants to the fundamental components of mindfulness and the practical application of mindfulness in the context of the workplace.  Each session will offer participants the opportunity to reflect on their professional and personal goals through the framework of our mindfulness-based performance coaching model.  

The training is presented as 5 x 2hr interactive workshops that incorporate a variety of engaging and practical tasks.  Suitable for both beginners and those with experience practicing mindfulness or meditation.

Through ongoing application of our mindfulness method, previous participants have reported a number of ongoing positive changes in their lives including better sleep, ability to manage stress better, improved focus and a greater sense of motivation at work.
