This is a modern and uncomplicated meditation experience suitable for beginners or those with an existing meditation practice.
What can you expect?
Meditation is simply a way of training our mind to focus on the present moment instead of worrying about the past or the future. In this class you will simply be asked to embrace stillness – get comfortable in a seated or lying down position and enjoy the sensation of feeling fully calm and relaxed. Your teacher will guide you through a gentle meditation practice and you will soon feel any stress and tension melt away.
